Early childhood education starts at an early age in the Alliance. Generally, around the ages of two years, young students are introduced to their rudimentary education, after which they will begin their elementary education. By the time a student has reached the age of twelve years, they should be nearing the point when they’ll begin their advanced education.
The way our education system works, is, once students begin their elementary level education they progress per each subject matter until they have completed all levels of all required subjects. The Alliance does not progress students into grades (the combination of multiple subjects).
For every 100-hours a student studies a subject, they are required to undergo testing for said subject. These tests cover all past knowledge in the subject; the tests test for retention and to determine if a students needs a refresher course in the subject.
School in the Alliance is year-round; because of the manner in which students progress, they are able to take breaks as needed and continue where they left off when they return.
The Alliance averages around one educator for every ten to fifteen students; however, these educators are only their to assist those students who need them, when they need them. Primary education is done through the computers education A.I. All educators have a PhD in education and Masters in all subjects that they teach.
